The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Social and Qualitative Research (LIPeSQ) develops research on the social and cultural factors that influence the health outcomes of the population living in the Amazon, with a focus on infectious and parasitic diseases, addressing the most prevalent health challenges in the area. LIPeSQ is equipped with an advanced infrastructure for developing social and qualitative research.
