The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Social and Qualitative Research (LIPeSQ) develops research on the social and cultural factors that influence the health outcomes of the population living in the Amazon, with a focus on infectious and parasitic diseases, addressing the most prevalent health challenges in the area. LIPeSQ is equipped with an advanced infrastructure for developing social and qualitative research. This includes specialized software for qualitative data analysis, high-performance computers and a space specially designed for debriefings and team discussions.
